* We start with an preliminary computer designed floor plan

* We then draft a plan for approval and have you sign-off on it, negotiate a price and a contract.

* Then we fine-tune and complete your blueprint, make all of the necessary arrangements and ultimately start construction on your "dream" home.

* At the end of the process, you acquire an excellent home, well built and properly supervised - a home that you can be proud of.

Every prospective home owner is different with different needs and wants. And that's why we have never built the same house twice.
